Bosch Assist, with PerfectRoast™ and PerfectBake™, uses advanced sensors to automatically set the optimal heating mode, temperature, and time depending on the kind of dish you’re cooking. Bosch’s 4D HotAir will ensure that heat is distributed evenly across multiple levels. For meat that is never under- or over-cooked, use the multi-point meat probe. This probe will monitor the internal temperature of your meat during the cooking process. With the addition of steam, you can achieve roasts that are succulent, and fish that is moist and delicate. Combine steam with 12 heating methods for versatile, precise cooking.

Bosch’s EcoClean Direct means cleaning the interior is effortless. This special coating within the cavity absorbs grime and residue. The oven door is triple glazed, which improves heat efficiency as well as helps to keep the exterior of the door cooler to the touch during cooking.

Multi-point meat probe

4D HotAir

This oven cleverly uses Bosch’s 4D HotAir so you can achieve superb baking and roasting results for large dishes across multiple levels. This system allows you to cook multiple dishes on up to four levels at the same time without your dishes’ unique flavours intermingling.
