Breville Cafe Venezia Coffee Machine BES250BSS

Out of stock

f you’ve never laid hands on a manual coffee machine before, Breville have a great place to start. Dubbed by Breville as the Compact Café, this machine will extract espresso with consummate ease.

Making a coffee is as simple as turning the dual-action dial—to the right to extract espresso, and to the left to steam your milk. There are three stainless steel filters included, giving you the equipment to pull single and double shots, or even extract ESE pods. Show off your milk-texturing skills with the adjustable steam wand. The steam pressure will be consistent thanks to the 15-bar Italian-made pump, and a thermocoil will ensure the machine heats up quickly.

If you’re after a coffee machine that will minimise your time spent deciphering features so you have more time to create beverages, the Cafe Venezia is just what you’re after.

Simple dial control

Designed with simplicity for first-time espresso machine owners, the no-nonsense dial control only has two settings. Thankfully, that’s all you need for a delicious brew. Turn the dial to the right for smooth espresso, and to the left to activate the steam wand.

15-bar Italian-made pump

Generally speaking, espresso machines are made to brew coffee at nine bars of pressure. Utilise the extra bars to get the optimal amount of pressure for foaming milk, and to achieve the ultimate extraction of oils from your coffee grounds to produce a golden honey crema.

Tools for the home barista

The machine comes with three stainless steel filters: one for single shots, one for double shots, and one for ESE pods. Use the tamper to ensure your grounds are cleanly packed into the filter basket. To get frothing, pour your milk into the stainless steel jug, and then hold it under the steam wand.

Thermoblock technology

Coffee machines built with a thermoblock are designed for only heating the water required for making your coffee, whereas boiler models heat an entire reservoir of water. Thermoblock machines are also known for their quick startup time and, let’s face it, a coffee craving can bring out impatience in the best of us.
